How billing works
- Top up. Pick an amount. The smallest is $5.00. Pay with crypto or card.
- Spend. Every request is priced by the tokens it reads and writes, at the rates on the model list. The cost comes off the balance as each reply finishes.
- Top up again. The balance never expires. Keys, spend caps and the playground all draw on the same balance.
Questions
How long does a crypto payment take?
The address appears the moment you pick a coin, and the balance updates once the network confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. This page follows the payment on its own, and the credit lands even if you close the tab.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Whatever arrives is credited in proportion, and the page says so. Send the rest to the same address and it is credited too. A payment nothing arrived for simply expires.
Do you keep my card on file?
No. Card top-ups go through Stripe's own checkout and the card is never stored by Wild West API. A card saved for auto top-up is held by Stripe, and it can be removed from the dashboard at any time.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy prepaid credit and spend it on tokens. There is no seat fee, no monthly minimum and nothing to cancel.
Which coins can I pay with?
The checkout lists the coins it takes, including the usual stablecoins, Bitcoin and Monero. Pick one, send the exact amount shown, and the balance updates once the network confirms it.
Can I get a refund?
If a model refuses a request, email support@wildwestapi.com with the request, either its time or the request id from your dashboard, and what it cost is refunded to the balance. Unused credit does not expire.
