Wild West API

Privacy policy

Who is responsible

This policy covers Wild West API. Account data is processed on infrastructure shared with the operator's other services.

What we collect

  • Your email address, to create your account and send sign-in codes and receipts.
  • Payment records. Card payments go through Stripe and crypto payments through NOWPayments. We receive the amount, the time, the status and a reference from them. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage records for every request: time, key, model, token counts, cost and outcome. These make billing and the dashboard work.
  • Request content. The prompts you send and the replies the model returns may be stored.
  • Technical data such as IP address, approximate location and browser details, used for security, abuse prevention and basic site analytics.

How we use it

  • To run the service, bill you correctly and show you your usage.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to enforce the terms.
  • To review and improve the quality of the service.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who else sees it

Service providers that help run the service: hosting, email delivery, payment processors, and the model hosts that process your requests to generate replies. We may disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account, payment and usage records for as long as your account is open and as long afterwards as we need for legal, tax and fraud purposes. Stored request content may be kept for as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

Chats in your browser

The chat page in the dashboard keeps your chat history in your own browser. Deleting it there removes it from that browser.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your account data, or ask us to delete your account. Some records may have to be kept for legal reasons.
