Who we are
These terms cover Wild West API ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older, and old enough to use services like this where you live.
- You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep your inbox and your API keys secure. Anything done with your keys is your responsibility.
- One account per person. We may close accounts used to farm credit or get around a ban.
Acceptable use
The models are uncensored. The rules are not. You must not use Wild West API to create, request or share:
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way, including fictional characters who are minors or described as childlike. This includes text. We report it where the law requires.
- Sexual or harassing content about real, identifiable people, or content meant to defame, threaten, dox or target a real person.
- Anything illegal where you live or where we operate, or anything that helps someone commit a serious crime.
- Malware, attacks on systems you do not own, or attempts to break, overload or get around the service's limits and billing.
You are responsible for what you do with the output, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may refuse requests.
Credit and payments
- Credit is bought in advance and drawn down by usage at the prices shown on the price board when the request is made.
- Each top-up carries a service fee, shown before you pay.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments, under their own terms.
- Prices can change. A change applies to requests made after it.
- If a model refuses a request, email support@wildwestapi.com and we will refund that request's cost to your balance.
The output
Models make things up, get facts wrong and can produce disturbing material when asked. The output is fiction and machine text, not advice. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
Availability
The service is provided as is. Models can be added, changed or removed, and the service can be down at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on the site or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
